The School aims to be a global leader in improving the health of populations in a changing and inequitable world. Research in the School creates change by addressing some of the world’s most pressing population and public health challenges. The research is grouped into the divisions of disease prevention and control, epidemiology and biostatistics and health systems and policy. Current priorities are: global health issues; improving disease management and outcomes; and improving the evidence base for decision making. The research centers enable intensive and ongoing research in specialized and interdisciplinary areas.
