The South Sudan Medical Journal (SSMJ) is a multi-professional journal and aims to publish research and clinical guidance that will positively influence the development of healthcare services in South Sudan. It publishes all types of articles: original research, reviews, survey reports/KAP studies, discussions and commentaries as well as case studies in all fields of medicine and public health. SSMJ caters for the needs of doctors, nurses, midwives, clinical officers, pharmacists and all other cadres in the health profession. The journal is published by the South Sudan Doctors’ Association.
